11:08a - "This time, it's war."
 since i fell asleep the other night watching Alien, and the DVD disc was forgotten in sweetie's notebook, he made me watch Aliens instead, as part of my continuing education in classic sci-fi (read: stuff before my time, *snicker*). sweetie says to mention here how many times i screamed while watching (a lot); you probably would've hated me if we saw it in the same theater, hehehehehe.
but it was fun! notice all the strong female characters in the movies i've been watching. "actually, the only strong characters were female," sweetie said. "even the pilot of the dropship, her first reaction was to get her gun! the other guy, he was like, 'Game over man!'" hee. i think that should tell you enough about why i enjoyed the movie. ;) though i really ought to watch Alien.
